🧵 TIPS FOR COOKING IN AN RV
-
Keep it simple : Choose recipes with common ingredients
-
Using the one-pot : Less washing up, more fun
-
Efficient cooler or compact fridge : Favor sustainable foods (eggs, carrots, cabbage, tofu, etc.)
-
Outdoor cooking : portable BBQ, propane stove or campfire = space saving and sensory pleasure
-
Mason Jars : For preparing, storing and transporting salads, oatmeal, sauces, marinades
-
Spices in mini jars : Paprika, curry, garlic powder, basil, salt, pepper, chili flakes
- I've been baking my own sourdough bread for a few months now, making and freezing different options: loaves for lunch, focaccia for sandwiches, and burger buns. I really like the recipes from Amy Bakes bread.
Bon appétit and I wish us many more great adventures on the road with Albert the RV! 🌄🍷🌱
