Shipping policy

We will deliver the products ordered to the address you provide at the time of ordering, via Canada Post or Purolator. Any failure to deliver will not subject Pero to liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage you may suffer.

Allow for production time of your order prior to delivery. We are not responsible for any customs duties or other taxes in your country!

When you place an order, a confirmation email from Pero will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase, within 24 hours of the order. In order to receive this email, you must have paid for your purchases through the site and have received a confirmation of your purchases beforehand. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at sophie@pero-qc.com.

Items are subject to availability, as stock is not guaranteed at the time of purchase. Orders placed on holidays may experience a slight delay.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the product description, price and all billing details and for correcting any errors or inaccuracies. If you are unable to do so, you must promptly notify Pero by email at sophie@pero-qc.com

You further represent that the personal information provided to Pero for billing purposes in order to complete the purchase is accurate. You also warrant that you are the valid holder of the credit card with which you are paying the sales price and applicable taxes on the products purchased.

We recommend that you print a copy of the confirmation email to verify the information in the purchase confirmation message and to double-check your order.

I offer the option of shipping with:

Canada Post and tracking number provided.  Between 3 and 5 business days delivery adjustment depending on COVID situation.

Purolator with verbal signature required is another fast option as well. However, if the package is returned to me and you have not picked it up within 5 days of the notice they will have left, they will return it to me and these return fees will be applicable to your charge again.

Taking possession and assumption of risk

The products you buy on the Pero by Sophie Perreault website will be delivered by Canada Post or Purolator by default but it is also possible to use other companies.
