Source of calm and peace
During a recent weekend at the cottage, sitting on the dock watching the mist over the lake at sunrise, I felt absolute calm . In the forest, one has the impression of being cut off from the rest of the world, far from any distraction. Our concerns can wait until later, as we immerse ourselves in a peaceful environment, listening to the sound of birds and the wind in the leaves.
Disconnection and well-being
Disconnected from technology, we can finally unplug and get away from the temptation to look at our email inbox. As an entrepreneur (other entrepreneur friends will certainly recognize themselves!), it can be difficult to resist the urge to reply to our messages or check out the new orders that have just come in. Yet this moment of disconnection is fundamental to our well-being . We breathe in, we breathe out, and we forget everything else.
My inspiration for the Boréale collection

By the way, if you had noticed, there are three trees. Why three? Since I have three daughters, all of whom are strong and unique in their own way. They make me so proud.
