I WANT A DESIGN ON A CERTAIN PIECE, BUT IT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE STORE.
If you want to get a certain design (among the existing ones), it is possible for me to paint it on a piece, but it depends on its availability. There may also be delays. Please contact me by email for more details.
I WOULD LIKE TO ADD A NAME OR A QUOTE, IS IT POSSIBLE?
I am pleased to offer the option of personalizing the piece of your choice with a name or a quote that inspires you. Simply select the "Add a text" option (cost $10) and enter your text in the comment box of your shopping cart.
Please specify if you want the text to be in black or white depending on the color of the piece selected.
Please note that it is not possible to personalize all the pieces, sometimes because of lack of space or because there is already a text.

HOW TO MINIMIZE POSTAGE COSTS?
For Gatineau/Ottawa customers, I offer you the possibility to pick up your part by appointment. You can pick up your order for free from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm.
You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready to be picked up before you come. The address of my workshop in the Limbour sector, near St-Alexandre College, will be provided to you at that time.

How to take care of this unique creation?
Kiln firing seals the paint on porcelain. It is non-toxic.
Although the paint is dishwasher safe, I recommend washing your piece by hand with a non-abrasive soap and a soft cloth.
Also, avoid the use of knives. This is to preserve its shine and original appearance.
They are microwave safe, except for the metal pieces.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF BREAKAGE IN TRANSPORT?
I package all pieces with the utmost care to minimize the risk of breakage. My goal is to make you totally satisfied and delighted with your custom piece. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me so that I can find a suitable solution.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN ORDER?
The package will be prepared within 3 to 10 working days following the reception of the payment depending on whether it is a personalized order or not.
I deal with two delivery companies: Canada Post or Purolator
Delivery Gatineau-Ottawa with Delfast
Purolator is faster in terms of delivery time, but a verbal signature is required upon delivery of your package. If you are not home, a notice will be left and you will have the choice to call them for a second delivery or to pick it up within 4 days of receiving the notice.
If you are unable to pick up your package within the required time frame, the package will be returned to me at your expense. Regardless of the delivery method, a tracking number is provided for deliveries in Canada and the United States. For a delivery in Canada, it will take between 2 to 4 business days. For delivery in the United States, it will take 5 to 13 days.
For delivery outside of the United States, please contact me so we can evaluate the best option for you.
