🌷 An Unforgettable Floral Adventure: My 400-Piece Collection for the 80th Canadian Tulip Festival

A festival full of history and emotion

From May 9 to 19, 2025, the Ottawa Canadian Tulip Festival celebrates a historic milestone: the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Netherlands by Canadian forces. This festival, which began in 1953 in Ottawa, was the result of a gesture of gratitude from the Dutch royal family to Canada. Each year, the Netherlands offers thousands of tulip bulbs in thanks, perpetuating a tradition of friendship and remembrance.

My largest collection to date: 400 unique pieces

For this special edition, I had the honor of creating an exclusive collection of 400 hand-painted tableware products , all inspired by the beauty and symbolism of tulips. This monumental project required more than 335 hours of work , a true creative marathon made possible thanks to the unwavering support of my exceptional team.

Each piece has followed a meticulous process:

1. Surface cleaning

2. Minerva pen drawing

3. 30 minute drying time

4. Applying the first coat of paint

5. Drying time

6. Finishing after 24 hours

7. Bake for 35 minutes to seal the paint

To share this adventure with you, I am launching my biggest contest to date , in collaboration with the Canadian Tulip Festival . To be won:
